A Little About Us!

Welcome to Willow Hill Designs!

We're a small, family-owned business located in rural Flagstaff County, Alberta, and we've been busy bringing ideas to life for 15 years!

We're Karen and Dennis, the husband-and-wife team behind Willow Hill Designs. What started as a small creative business has grown into something we're incredibly proud of, offering everything from personalized home décor and DIY kits to custom signage, commercial projects, and everything in between.

If you can dream it up, there's a pretty good chance we can make it happen!

What We Do

We love creating things that are a little different. Whether it's a personalized sign for your home, a unique gift, a project for your business, or something completely custom, we're always up for a new challenge.

With our CNC router, laser engraver, and UV flatbed printer, we're able to work with a wide variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, aluminum composite, and more.

We can cut it, engrave it, print it, layer it, and turn it into something pretty special.

And while we have plenty of ready-to-order designs, some of our favourite projects are the ones that start with a simple, "Hey, do you think you could make this?"

Retail & Custom Orders

Looking for something special? We've got you covered!

We offer a growing collection of home décor, personalized gifts, seasonal designs, and DIY kits for those who love getting creative.

Don't see exactly what you're looking for? Just ask! Custom projects are a huge part of what we do, and we're always happy to work with you on designs, proofs, and pricing.

Wholesale & Business Services

We love working with other small businesses!

Whether you're a retailer looking for locally made products, a sign maker needing custom-cut pieces, or a business looking for professional signage, we'd love to help.

We offer wholesale and bulk ordering, custom manufacturing, and a wide range of printing and cutting services to help bring your ideas to life.

Proudly Local

Living and working in a small community means a lot to us.

We believe in supporting local businesses, sourcing materials locally whenever possible, and giving back to the communities that have supported us over the years.

From local businesses and community organizations to schools, sports teams, and municipalities, we've been fortunate to work with some pretty amazing people.

And after 15 years, we're still just as excited to see the next project come through the door.

Let's Make Something!

Have an idea? A question? Something a little outside the box?

Send us a message! We'd love to hear what you're working on.

Thanks for supporting our little business. It means more than you know!
