What is Willow Hill Designs? 

We are proudly Canadian Premium Craft and blank supply company.  Our DIY kits are unique and 100% Alberta made for retailers and crafters alike! 

Where are you located?  

We are located in rural Alberta!  (about 1.5 hours southeast of Edmonton).  100% Alberta owned and operated!  

Do you offer local pickup?  

Absolutely!  Simply choose local pickup upon checkout, and once your order is ready we will contact you and arrange pickup options!  While our workshop is generally closed to the public, we do allow pickups here - or drop offs in other local communities.  

When will my order be ready? 

Since everything we create is custom cut to order, orders typically take between 3-5 business days to complete.  If you are in a rush, or have a specific deadline in mind, feel free to reach out to us directly and we will try to accommodate you! 

How do you ship? 

We proudly use a courier service for every shipment within Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes....sorry! We offer a $15 flat rate Canada wide shipping option!  Shipments to the US are sent via USPS. 

May I modify my shipping address after my order is submitted?  

In order to make order changes, please contact us as soon as possible.  We ship your order to the shipping address provided when you place your order.  We are not responsible for delivery errors or lost shipments if the shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete.   Once your order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. 

Can I cancel, modify or combine my order? 

Yes.  If you reach out to modify your order as soon as possible, we can adjust your order as required.  

How can I track my order? 

We know that being crafty is an exciting prospect!  To track your order, simply click the link in your shipping confirmation email.  Unfortunately, sometimes delays happen - especially during high volume periods like Christmas holidays or inclement weather.  We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays that may occur and are due to service interruptions.    

My order is incorrect or damaged.  What do I do? 

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receiving it. If you order is incorrect or damaged, please email us at willow.hill.designs@hotmail.com with 5 days of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and try to resolve it.  

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

The product descriptions listed on our website are complete and as accurate as possible.  We do not accept exchanges.  Refunds will be made on a case by case basis in exceptional circumstances only.  

Do you offer wholesale for business? 

Absolutely.  Please send us an email to willow.hill.designs@hotmail.com to discuss! 

Do I need any other materials to complete the crafts? 

For any kits on our website, the designs include the raw wood designs / pieces only.  We do not supply paint, stain, hanging hardware or glue.  

Do crafts come with instructions?  

Not really!  Our designs are fairly self-explanatory. and you are only limited by your imagination!  All our crafts are designed to be fun and engaging for all levels of crafters.  If you need help with anything, please pop us an email to willow.hill.designs@hotmail.com
