Our Personalized Birth Month Floral Designs are a perfect gift idea for that special person in your life! We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however some limitations will apply.
Simply let us know the names/birth month flowers, and enter your personalization in the text box provided! Please ensure you enter all text and birth months required. Please include as much information as possible. I will then review your design, provide a mockup and email it to you via the provided email address. All designs must be approved before final printing.

Actual colours may appear slightly different then as shown. Design is permanently printed on 1/2"MDF and finished with our stained farmhouse frames. Hanging Hardware not included, although the design may be hung from the frame.
